I am Liisa Kallio, a finnish illustrator, graphic designer, childrens' author and artist. I live and work in Helsinki. I am the author of twenty picture books and have written lyrics for children’s songs. I have illustrated about fifty books for other authors, including novels, picture- and study books for children. I also perform live drawings in music concerts.
Besides in Finland, my illustrations and texts have been published in France, Portugal, Holland, South Korea, Japan, Germany, Austria, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Iceland and Greenland.
